North Channel Solutions, LLC is a woman-owned, veteran-owned business founded by Tiffany Ragsdale, RN, BSN, a licensed Registered Nurse in Florida. As a certified American Red Cross instructor, Tiffany brings her medical expertise and passion for education to every CPR, AED, and First Aid class—serving both adult and pediatric learners.

Compass CPR offers Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid certification using a blended learning format. This approach combines online learning with in-person, hands-on skills practice to ensure participants are confident and prepared to act in real emergencies.
Participants complete a required online learning component prior to the in-person session
The hands-on portion focuses on practical skills, real-world scenarios, and instructor feedback
